Charity Farm Caravan Park was started in 1936 by Great Grandad Arthur who came from Beverley. It was then passed down to Grandad Harold Lount who then gave it to his son Keith in 1985. It is now owned by Steven and his wife Shelly Lount who took over the business in 2003. Charity Farm is a static caravan park with 185 pitches, it is a quiet, well maintained park, that does not sublet. Here at Charity Farm Caravan Park we have the following facilities for you to enjoy whilst you stay with us at our fantastic park; Park Office, Laundrette. Caravans have a 17 year life span with a seasonal pitch agreement. All caravans must have insurance through the park office. Nearby Facilities are Fish & Chip Shop, Post Office, Local Pub, Restaurant, Cafe, Sewerby Hall, The Beach. Open from 1st March to 31st October.
