If you apply for finance we will ask you for your name, contact telephone number, email address, date of birth, three years’ address history, three years’ employment history, bank account details, marital status, number of dependants, annual income, your share of a mortgage or rent, any additional outgoing such as school fees, not including utilities or any other running costs.

Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information to process your enquiry or order and to contact you at your request. We may use your telephone number and/or email address to contact you regarding your enquiry or order.

What do we do with your information?

Your information is stored in our secure system which is based with the European Union.

Your credit card details are passed to third-party payment processor World Pay. We do not retain your credit card information.

Your finance details are passed to third-party finance processor. We do not retain your finance details. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

How long do we keep your information for?

We keep your information for 7 years, if you purchase from us we keep your information for 30 years. After this time your information will be removed from our system.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
